When visiting Nashville, a true breakfast experience is dining at the Pancake Pantry in Hillsboro Village. The restaurant is an icon that has been around since 1961. Even individuals that I have given rides for recommend it to me. I have been dining at the Pancake Pantry since I was a little boy and have even shared the experience with my kids.
The restaurant offers both breakfast and lunch items. The menu ranges from shareables, pancakes, egg dishes, omelets, sandwiches, and other amazing dishes. Today,
I went with one of my favorites their omelets with ham, mushrooms, onions, peppers, and spinach. Served with two pancakes. The omelets are awesome and cooked to perfection. The pancakes are fluffy with a little sweetness.
The service is excellent, and the wait in line is worth it. This is definitely a place you'll want to add when visiting Nashville, TN. Plus, excellent shops and boutiques in the Hillsboro Village area. #ridingwithkurt
