If you're looking for a great taste of the south in the Sylvan Park area, check out the Ridge. This place was recommended to me by one of my riders who lived in the area. They offer a great variety of Southern classics, including shareables, barbecue, fried catfish, fried chicken, salads, and other great dishes. Today, I had their brisket, which was excellent. Well seasoned and tender with a hint of smokey flavor, it definitely was worth the stop. The white beans and fries were very good as well. The service was superb along with the quaint atmosphere. They have patio seating and indoor seating available. This is a place you'll want to add when in the Sylvan Park area. #ridingwithkurt
