A friend of mine told me about a neat restaurant and coffee house located in Bellevue. Today, I stopped by to check it out. The Well Coffeehouse, located in One Bellevue Place, offers varieties of coffee, teas, espresso, breakfast, and lunch items. Today, I started off with their roasted tomato and Gouda soup, which was superb. It had a creamy texture with a little smokey flavor from the Gouda and roasted tomatoes. For the main item, I had their Chipotle Chicken Sandwich with a side salad. This sandwich was fantastic with chicken, bacon, spinach, tomato, and a delicious Chipotle aioli on honey wheat, then panini pressed. The depth of flavor was amazing, especially with the aioli, the grilled chicken, and honey wheat bread. The salad was very good as well with greens, kale, blueberries, strawberries, and balsamic vignettes. Amazing service and a very relaxed atmosphere. Definitely check this place out next time you're in Bellevue for breakfast or lunch. #ridingwithkurt
