The arts are always a big part of Nashville. This week, there are three great events with the Nashville Symphony. The Schermerhorn Theater, located between 3rd and 4th Avenue in Downtown Nashville, will have the Nashville Symphony performing beginning Wednesday, October 9th, 2024.
On Wednesday, the Nashville Symphony will be performing with the Violent Femmes. The 80's punk band will be performing some of their greatest hits along with the Nashville Symphony. The concert begins at 7:30 pm.
On Saturday, the works of Antonio Vivaldi will be performed by the Nashville Symphony. The event will be conducted by Tucker Biddlecombe along with Peter Otto. The strings section of the Symphony will be performing a fan favorite with the Four Seasons.
On Sunday, Arturo Sandoval returns to the Schermerhorn. The top trumpeter in the world will be providing some of great hits of this Latin jazz artist. The event begins at 7:30 pm.
For drop-off locations for the Schermerhorn, look at the area next to the Schermerhorn on 4th Avenue. For pick-up locations, walk over to the Joseph Hotel on Korean Veterans Boulevard, up to 8th and Broadway at The JW Marriott.
