Looking for a fun and tasty Taco spot in East Nashville. Head to Velvet Taco. Today, I had their Slow roasted Angus Brisket and The Cuban Pig. Both were fantastic and incredible flavors. The brisket included barbacoa style, red chile aioli, avocado, roasted corn pico, queso blanco, micro cilantro, comté cheese encrusted flour tortilla. The Cuban had slow-roasted pulled pork, gruyere cheese, queso blanco, honey ham, peppered bacon, mustard aioli, house brined pickcrisp flour tortilla. There are plenty of various tacos, including vegetarian options. Fantastic service and really fun vibe. It's definitely worth checking out next time you're in East Nashville. #ridingwithkurt
