If you're looking for true meat and three that have been part of Nashville for over 70 years, then head to Wendell Smith's. The menu changes daily, but you can never go wrong with this place. Today, I had their beef tips over noodles with brown gravy, and it was excellent. The tender cuts of beef with the gravy were well seasoned. The sides were amazing with the baked squash, cucumber salad, and white beans. Even their Cornbread is outstanding. The service is excellent, and the ambiance is like stepping back in time with the old Nashville. It's definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a hidden gem with a diner experience in Sylvan Park and Nation's area. #ridingwithkurt
